FABRIC SWATCHES

DELIVERY & RETURNS 

We pride ourselves on providing you with the most professional and easy service and want to make your experience from ordering to delivery as smooth as possible. So please read and check our delivery and returns instructions before you purchase. 

FREE CLICK & COLLECT 

We offer a free collection service from our workshop in Gloucester. We will let you know when your items are in stock and will contact you to arrange a time and date when you can collect. We will need 48 hours notice for larger items and these can only be collected on the day arranged due to limited space. Smaller items can be held for up to 5 days. If you fail to collect or give us less than 48 hours notice, there will be a restocking fee of £20 before we can rearrange another day for collection. Proof of ID and purchase is required on collection. 

TWO MAN DELIVERY 

If this is required, mainland England and Wales will be charged from £40 to £55 (Available Mon-Fri). 

WHITE GLOVE SERVICE 

Table too heavy, schedule too busy? We offer an additional assembly service to take the pressure off. For an additional £45 we will deliver your goods to the room of your choice, unwrap, assemble and take away rubbish (keep packaging if undecided on your purchase, see delivery Ts&Cs), leaving you to sit back, relax and enjoy your new furniture. 

COURIER SERVICE 

We offer a service in which your gorgeous new items will be lovingly wrapped and shipped to you via one of our reliable couriers. This will include products such as cushions, soft furnishings, home accessories and smaller furniture items at a cost of between £3.95 to £25.00 (this will be shown at time of ordering). On average orders can take up to 10 days to be with you, but we will keep you updated and as soon as your order is dispatched we will email you with the tracking number for your order so you can see its progress to you (available Mon-Fri).
