Free Click & Collect from Our Gloucester Workshop

At Bouclé Cottage, we want to make collecting your handcrafted furniture as simple and convenient as possible. That’s why we offer a free click and collect service from our workshop in Gloucester, giving you the option to pick up your items directly from us once they are ready.

When your order is complete and in stock, our team will get in touch to arrange a suitable time and date for collection. This ensures that everything is prepared and ready for you when you arrive, making the process smooth and efficient.

For larger items, we require at least 48 hours’ notice before collection. Due to limited storage space within the workshop, these items must be collected on the agreed day. This allows us to manage space effectively and ensure every order is handled with care.

Smaller items are slightly more flexible and can be held for up to five days after they are ready for collection. This gives you a little more time to plan your visit if needed.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given for rearranging a collection, or if an item is not collected as agreed, a £20 restocking fee will apply before another collection day can be arranged. This helps us manage workshop space and keep orders moving smoothly.

When collecting your order, please remember to bring proof of ID and proof of purchase. This helps us ensure your items are handed over securely and to the correct customer.
